Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like a store credit to shop for something new or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect the items and issue your store credit or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
